Cancellation & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day cancellation & full refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a full return in it's original packaging.

After 30 days, you can return your product, but NO refund will be issued after this date.

To be eligible for a 30-day cancellation & refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow 24-72 hours to process and complete.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital and physical purchased on sale or during a promotion period.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel  your product order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.  You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase before cancelling.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your email for a return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Thank you!
